BOW Disability Services (BOWDS) was developed by Monique Bowden who is a Developmental Educator, Allied Health Provider. In addition to being a Developmental Educator, Monique is also a registered Primary School teacher and as well has a qualification in Community Services Management.

Monique has worked for many years in the disability field. She has experience in working with people of all ages and with a wide range of support needs. Monique is passionate about helping to improve the lives of people with a disability and supporting them to reach their goals.

Under the guidance of our Developmental Educator our team also consists of Therapy Assistants and Support workers who are all dedicated to providing a high level of support.

We are a service that prides itself on providing individualised support to participants. We believe in a person-centred approach with a focus on participants maintaining choice and control to reach their goals.

We believe relationships are vital to providing a quality service and work collaboratively with our participants, their support networks and other providers to build and maintain these relationships.
